From I-85 (both North and South)

• Take exit 111 for GA-317 North towards Suwanee. Turn left onto Suwanee Rd. NW
• Suwanee Rd. turns into Suwanee Dam Rd. Continue approx. 2.5 miles.
• The office entrance is the first right past Peachtree Industrial Rd. Turn into Crossing office complex, make an immediate right and continue around.
• Our office is on the left. (Sign says Pediatric Therapy Services.)

From North on Peachtree Industrial Blvd.

• Suwanee Dam Rd. is approx. three miles outh of Cumming Hwy/GA 20. Make a right onto Suwanee Dam Rd. (BP Station and CVS Pharmacy at intersection.)
• Then take your first right into the Crossing office complex, make an immediate right and continue around.
• Our office is on the left. (Sign says Pediatric Therapy Services.)

From South on Peachtree Ind. Blvd.

• Suwanee Dam Rd. is approx. four miles north of Sugarloaf Pkwy. Make a left at Suwanee Dam Rd.
• Then make your first right into the Crossing office complex, make an immediate right and continue around.
• Our office is on the left. (Sign says Pediatric Therapy Services.)

Note: We are located in the Pediatric Therapy Services office, a physical and occupational therapy company. Please come into the waiting room. Your therapist will come to meet you in the waiting room.

• Take 316 East going toward Athens. Take Sugarloaf Parkway exit. Turn left onto Sugarloaf Pkwy.
• Go approx. 1 mile and turn left onto Atkinson Rd.
• Turn into the first entrance of office complex immediately on your right.
• Therapy Works is the one-story office building to the left. Ground Floor.

From I-85 going Southbound

• Take Sugarloaf Parkway exit (Exit 108). Turn left onto Sugarloaf Pkwy.
• Go approx. 5 miles (you will pass Discovery Mills) and turn right onto Atkinson Rd.
• Turn into the first entrance of office complex immediately on your right.
• Therapy Works is the one-story office building to the left. Ground Floor.

• Take Jimmy Carter exit NW.
• Take a Right onto Atlantic Blvd.
• Take a Left into Crossing Center VI (this is before you reach the Holcomb Bridge Rd. traffic light).
• Take an immediate Right, go straight and follow road (curves to left) until you reach closed bridge on right.
• Head left and continue to go straight. We are on the bottom floor on your left, #6075, Suite G-1.

• Take 141 N, merge onto Peachtree Industrial Blvd, turn right onto Holcomb Bridge Rd.
• Take a Right at Atlantic Blvd. (there is a traffic light here).
• Turn into the the first driveway on the Right, which is Crossing Center VI.
• Take an immediate Right, go straight and follow road (curves to left) until you reach closed bridge on right.
• Head left and continue to go straight. We are on the bottom floor on your left, #6075, Suite G-1.

• Take Holcomb Bridge Rd E. Continue to go straight.
• When you reach Spalding Dr cross over, and take a left at the third red light, which will be Holcomb Bridge as well.
• You will go through 2 red lights, after crossing over Peachtree Industrial you will take a Right at Atlantic Blvd. (there is a traffic light here).
• Turn into the the first driveway on the Right, which is Crossing Center VI.
• Take an immediate Right, go straight and follow road (curves to left) until you reach closed bridge on right.

• Take I-285 E to 141 N, merge onto Peachtree Industrial Blvd, turn right onto Holcomb Bridge Rd.
• At first traffic light, make a Right onto Holcomb Bridge Rd.

• Cross under Route 141 (Peachtree Industrial Rd.) and go approx. 2 miles.
• Office complex is on right (before Spalding Drive).
• Turn right inside the complex and Suite 202 is around the back of the first building.

• Take 141 N (Peachtree Industrial Exit) onto Peachtree Industrial Blvd
• Turn Left onto Holcomb Bridge Rd.
• Go approx. 1/2 Mile to first traffic light.
• Turn Right to stay on Holcomb Bridge Rd.
• Office complex is 1.4 miles on Right before Spalding Drive.
• Turn right inside the complex and Suite 202 is around the back of the first building.

• Take Holcomb Bridge Rd E. approx 6.5 miles.
• Cross over Spalding Drive.
• Office complex is directly on your left past car wash.
• Turn right inside the complex and Suite 202 is around the back of the first building

From Atlanta and I-75 / I-85

• Take Freedom Parkway exit to Ponce De Leon Ave. Take Ponce De Leon South/East into Downtown Decatur.
• Make a left at Commerce Dr. (CVS on the corner). Make another left at Church St. (McDonalds on corner).
• Make a right onto North Decatur Rd. and then a right at first llight onto Winn Way (DeKalb Medical on corner).
• Office is 1/2 mile on right. See sign for DeKalb Pediatrics.

From I-285

• Take exit 39A Stone Mountain Pkwy/US-78. Continue on Lawrenceville Hwy. for approx. 1 1/2 miles. Veer left onto Church Rd.
• Go approx. 1 mile and turn left onto North Decatur Rd. At first light, turn right onto Winn Way (DeKalb Medical on corner).
• Turn into the first entrance of office complex immediately on your right.
• Office is 1/2 mile on right. See sign for DeKalb Pediatrics.

Note: We are located in the DeKalb Pediatrics offices. Please come in and wait in the "Well Visit" waiting room. Your therapist will come to meet you in the waiting room.
