Jennifer McCullough, M.S. CCC-SLP |
Received her Bachelor’s degree in Child Psychology at The University of Western Ontario, followed by a Master’s of Science in Communication Disorders from Massachusetts Institute of Health Professions, Boston, MA. Jennifer has over 15 years of experience as a pediatric speech and feeding specialist. Prior to starting PediaSpeech, Jennifer worked as a supervising speech therapist at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta for three years. Jennifer is P.R.O.M.P.T, Beckman, Kauffman and Sara Rosenfield-Johnson trained for Apraxia and oral motor disorders. Jennifer also has specialized training in Orton-Gillingham as a reading specialist. Jennifer has been married for 10 years and has a 7-year old daughter and 4-year old son. Jennifer enjoys traveling with her family, playing tennis and reading.

Carly Morris, MA, CCC-SLP |
Received her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorder from the Pennsylvania State University, followed by Master of Arts in Speech and Hearing Sciences from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. While in graduate school, Carly received a training scholarship to research and explore relationships between parents and children, with emphasis on parental involvement in the treatment and progress of their children undergoing speech therapy. Following graduate school, Carly completed her internship in the outpatient feeding department at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta (CHOA).
As practicing speech therapist, Carly has treated a variety of speech and language disorders and symptoms including autism, Down Syndrome, other genetic syndromes, neuro-motor disorders, childhood apraxia of speech, a variety of emotional disorders, as well as stuttering. Carly is P.R.O.M.P.T, Beckman, and Kauffman trained. She is particularly passionate about feeding and swallowing disorders (sensory, behavioral, and oral-motor based disorders). Her experience also includes discontinuation of g-tubes.
Carly grew up in Pittsburgh, PA and now resides in Atlanta, GA,. She enjoys college football, golf, shopping, travelling with family and friends, reading, as well as babysitting families with children with special needs.

Lisa Czech, M.S. CCC-SLP |
Lisa received her undergraduate degree from the University of Vermont in Elementary Education and her Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Rhode Island. After moving to Atlanta in 1999, Lisa started her career in the public school system. She then became involved in the Babies Can’t Wait early intervention program and working in a private practice. Lisa has treated children in a variety of public and private school settings, daycares, clinic settings, homes, and on horse farms providing Hippotherapy. Lisa’s areas of interest include Autism, developmental speech and language disorders, and augmentative communication. She enjoys outdoor activities, traveling, and spending time with her husband and two daughters.

| Molly Browning M.Ed, CCC-SLP |
Molly earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida in Communication Disorders followed by a Master of Education degree in Communication Disorders from the University of Georgia. Molly has worked as a speech-language pathologist in Gwinnett County Schools for 16 years. She also has experience working in the private practice setting. She is currently a member of the staff at Simpson Elementary, which has been recognized as a Georgia School of Excellence for six years. Molly has extensive experience in treating children with disabilities including autism, language delay and ADHD. Additionally, she spent five years working with students with severe cognitive and physical, specializing in augmentative communication. Molly has experience treating and evaluating the preschool population with a variety of communication disorders including motor speech disorders and language impairments. Molly has a particular interest in special education advocacy, reading intervention and augmentative communication. In her free time, she enjoys collecting antiques and cooking for her friends.

Sarah Hay PhD, CCC-SLP |
Sarah received her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders at Auburn University, her Master’s of Science in Communication Disorders from Baylor University, and her Doctorate from the University of Memphis. Her doctoral dissertation was on processing limitations in children with dyslexia. Sarah has 10 years of experience as a speech-language pathologist, treating both adult and pediatric clients. Her specialty is in language development with a focus on reading and processing disorders. She has worked in multiple rehabilitation hospitals with both adult and pediatric patients who were diagnosed with various disorders including, expressive, receptive, speech, and cognitive disorders and dysphagia. She has also worked in multiple school districts where she treated children ranging in ages from 3 to 21 with expressive and receptive language disorders, apraxia, articulation disorders, fluency disorders, emotional disorders, and autism.
Sarah moved to Atlanta in 2011 and is enjoying exploring her new home. She loves to garden, cook, travel, and spend time with her amazing family. She has two beautiful poodles, Gilbert and Oliver and one perfect little kitty, Sister.

Elizabeth “Beth” Frilingos M.Ed, CCC-SLP |
Earned her Bachelor’s degree in English from Wheaton College in Wheaton, Illinois, and after two years teaching children ages 12-18 months at The Goddard School for Early Childhood Development in Delaware, went on to receive her Master’s in Education in Communication Disorders from Georgia State University. Ever since teaching young children at the Goddard School, Beth has had a passion for early language development. She completed externships both in the school system and in an adult rehab facility, but was drawn back to working with children, and worked for 2 years for the Dekalb County School system. In the school system, Beth evaluated and treated children age 3 through 5th grade with Autism, Down Syndrome, articulation, language, Apraxia, oral-motor, fluency, and other developmental delays. Her experience includes work with children with hearing impairments and children using assistive and augmentative communication devices. While in the schools, Beth was particularly passionate about collaborating with classroom teachers to meet a child’s educational goals though speech and language development.
Professionally, Beth has attended conferences on Floortime, the Kauffman method, oral-motor techniques for children with limited speech, and strategies for improving communication skills in children with autism. Beth left the school system in 2008 to spend more time with her two young children. She enjoys working at PediaSpeech for the opportunity to work closely with parents in defining and meeting each child’s individual communication goals.
Beth has been married for 9 years and lives with her husband and two boys, ages 4 and 18 months, in Decatur, Georgia. As a family, they enjoy Saturday morning runs, attending The Music Class, visiting Atlanta zoos and museums, and growing an impressive array of fruits and vegetables (we hope!) this year.

Jennifer received her Bachelor's degree at Centre College followed by a Master's in Early Childhood Education and a Master's in Communication Sciences and Disorders at The University of Georgia. Jennifer has worked as a Speech-Language Pathologist at CHOA for 8 years and has a specialty focus in cleft palate and resonance disorders. Her work in these areas has given her experience with a wide array of genetic conditions, trauma and diseases as well as significant experience working with children who have been adopted and their families. She also has experience in diagnosis and treatment of language/language processing disorders, apraxia and articulation disorders. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys playing outside with her husband and two children.

| Kristopher Osher, MOT OTR/L |
Kristopher received a Bachelor's and Master's degree in occupational therapy from Eastern Michigan University. He worked for Cobb Pediatric Therapy Services for two and a half years in the Fulton County School District. He has lived in the Atlanta area since January 2009. Kris also coaches high school Ultimate Frisbee at Atlanta International School in Buckhead.
He has experience working with diagnoses including cerebral palsy, autism, pervasive developmental disorder, extreme behavioral disorder, autism, and down’s syndrome. He also has experience in treating hand-writing remediation, basic and advanced fine-motor skills, typing, sensory processing, adaptive skills/basic activities of daily living, and life skills.
