Speech-Language Pathologist:
Job Description
We are currently seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to join our pediatric-focused team. Clinical fellows with relevant experience will be considered and trained prior to beginning a caseload.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluation and treatment services to children with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans and goals
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing supervision
- Receive structured mentorship and support throughout the CFY process
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Eligible for or currently holding a provisional state license
- Strong desire to work with the pediatric population
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, reliable, and eager to learn in a supportive team environment
Full-time or Part-time Occupational Therapist:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our growing team of dedicated professionals.
In this role, you’ll evaluate and treat children with a wide range of developmental delays, sensory processing challenges, fine motor and self-care difficulties, and more. We pride ourselves on a collaborative and supportive work environment, and we’re looking for someone who shares our passion for providing high-quality, family-centered care.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations for pediatric clients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy services to children aged 0–18
- Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in accordance with state regulations
- Provide mentorship and clinical oversight to support COTA growth and ensure quality care
- Collaborate with speech-language pathologists and other team members
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and educational professionals
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Eligible for or currently holding a provisional state license
- Strong desire to work with the pediatric population
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, reliable, and eager to learn in a supportive team environment
