Speech-Language Pathologist:

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to join our pediatric-focused team. Clinical fellows with relevant experience will be considered and trained prior to beginning a caseload.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide evaluation and treatment services to children with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and goals
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing supervision
  • Receive structured mentorship and support throughout the CFY process

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Eligible for or currently holding a provisional state license
  • Strong desire to work with the pediatric population
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, reliable, and eager to learn in a supportive team environment

Full-time or Part-time Occupational Therapist:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our growing team of dedicated professionals.

In this role, you’ll evaluate and treat children with a wide range of developmental delays, sensory processing challenges, fine motor and self-care difficulties, and more. We pride ourselves on a collaborative and supportive work environment, and we’re looking for someone who shares our passion for providing high-quality, family-centered care.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations for pediatric clients
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct therapy services to children aged 0–18
  • Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in accordance with state regulations
  • Provide mentorship and clinical oversight to support COTA growth and ensure quality care
  • Collaborate with speech-language pathologists and other team members
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
  • Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and educational professionals

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Eligible for or currently holding a provisional state license
  • Strong desire to work with the pediatric population
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, reliable, and eager to learn in a supportive team environment
