Welcome our new Occupational Therapist!

We are happy to introduce you to Kris Osher, the newest addition to the PediaSpeech Family! Kris is an Occupational Therapist with experience working with multi-age and ethnically diverse children.

Kris received a Bachelor’s degree of science in Occupational Therapy and Master’s of Occupational Therapy at Eastern Michigan University in December 2008.  He worked for Cobb Pediatric Therapy Services for two and a half years in the Fulton County School District.  He has lived in the Atlanta area since January 2009.  Kris also coaches high school Ultimate Frisbee at Atlanta International School in Buckhead.

He has experience working with diagnoses including cerebral palsy, autism, pervasive developmental disorder, extreme behavioral disorder, autism, and down’s syndrome. He also has experience in treating hand-writing remediation, basic and advanced fine-motor skills, typing, sensory processing, adaptive skills/basic activities of daily living, and life skills.

Kris will be working in both the Norcross and Decatur offices. His first day is Tuesday, August 23rd.
