Julie Cosby
Julie is the Office Manager and your first point of contact at PediaSpeech Services, Inc. She manages new patient intake and scheduling the initial patient evaluations for the practice. Her experience and dedication to customer service is evident with each client encounter.
Julie is a Georgia native and loves spending time with her family and friends. Her children are her biggest inspirations, and she couldn’t be prouder of them. She enjoys music, travel and exploring new restaurants.

John Ligon
With over 20 years of customer service experience and 10+ years in insurance and medical billing, John Ligon brings clarity, consistency, and compassion to the revenue cycle process. He works behind the scenes with PediaSpeech to manage claims, follow up on denials, and streamline insurance workflows so our providers can focus on patient care. John is known for his thoroughness, responsiveness, and ability to explain complex billing matters in a way that makes sense to both staff and families. He takes pride in being a reliable partner clinics can trust.
