Phyllis will be the person at PediaSpeech to help you navigate your insurance benefits. She is in charge of the billing and invoicing. She has worked in the front and back offices of multiple speech and language clinics throughout the country for over 8 years and was excited to finally find a home at PediaSpeech.
Phyllis moved from Maryland to Decatur in 2013. She and her husband have a 10-year-old daughter who likes to come play at PediaSpeech when she can! Phyllis enjoys getting to know all the kids and their families that come into the office.

Julie is the Intake Coordinator and normally the first point of contact at PediaSpeech’s Services, Inc. She has several years of customer service experience and greets everyone with a warm smile. Her dedication to excellence and personal touch can be felt with each customer encounter.
Julie is a native of Georgia and loves family. She and her husband have two wonderful children. In her free time Julie enjoys traveling, the arts and creative writing.

Vicki has been a customer service administrator for over 25 years. As the Pre-Cert Coordinator she attempts to obtain approved authorizations so our PediaSpeech clients can use their insurance. Vicki works closely with both Phyllis and Julie to be sure that verifications and authorizations for each child are achieved. Vicki loves family; she has three children and six grand-children, and one grandchild has special needs. She and her husband have been married for over 40 years and enjoy the beach.
